The most recent modern home on Key Biscayne to sell was 120 Knollwood Drive.  This was a waterfront home that offered 6,641 square feet of living space on a 16,827 square foot lot.  The home had been completely updated 5 years ago.  The sale price was $5,100,000 and was listed by Fortune International Realty.
